Part 1: Reviewing the Year
This section of your review takes a general look at your performance over the past 12 months.
Consider the following questions and make notes in the spaces provided before your review. During your review, you will have the opportunity to discuss each question with your line manager. Make a note of the key points raised during the discussion, as you'll need to refer to these when agreeing your action points.
This next part of your review involves a more detailed analysis of your skills. Have a look at the Skills Analysis document, where you'll see 12 competencies against which your performance will be measured.
Each competency shows descriptions for 5 levels of performance and these indicators should be used when considering your own performance. Rate your own performance prior to your review in the analysis grid below.
Choose the rating (from 1-5), which most accurately reflects your performance. Don't forget to provide evidence to support your rating. Your manager will have completed the same exercise, and you'll have the opportunity to discuss this section during your review.
