For any employer; having a team of people who are working together, giving their best and achieving results is just the best possible scenario. It's a fantastic position to be in, but it's something that doesn't just happen automatically.
 
Getting to a point where a team is working like clockwork, involves a careful balance of key requirements.

Think of it as an MOT for the business, where we'll reach out to your employees and, from their feedback to a series of questions relating to their employment, will find out exactly what's going on.
 
Aimed at organisations with up to 50 employees, the assessment will involve the following process:
 
we'll hold an initial discussion with you to identify your concerns
we'll then send you an email template which you can issue to your employees, informing them of the exercise and what's involved
we'll send you a copy of a feedback questionnaire for you to distribute to your team
the questionnaires will be returned directly to helm
we'll analyse & process the information, and then prepare a report which will summarise our findings and set out some recommendations
you'll receive a copy of the report
 
The whole process can be managed electronically and will be completely confidential.
 
Following receipt of the report, you may choose to act on the findings yourself, or involve helm further to help resolve issues and implement improvements.
